Our Step-by-step Process

1.   CONTACT

Initiate contact with us either via email (gus@bellarinewoodshop.com.au) or phone (0490 885 075)

 

2.   BRIEF

The design process starts with a brief.  This usually involves a general idea of the type of piece you're looking for, the size and some inspiration photographs you may have selected.  It is helpful at this stage to discuss price ranges and budgets.

3.   DESIGN

We will start our design and will provide concept sketches in a PDF format for you to critique.  We use AUTOCAD and Sketchup software to provide 3-Dimensional images of your design.  We continue to provide budget estimates at each stage of the design.

 

4.   SITE VISIT

If necessary we will conduct a site visit to measure up the space

5.   DESIGN ITERATION

We take your feedback and will tweak the design as many times as necessary until you're satisfied.  We will detail the design to a high level of accuracy.  We provide detailed dimensions, material and finishing specifications

6.   SITE VISIT

You can arrange a visit to our workshop to view samples and design options.

7.   QUOTATION

We will provide a fixed price quotation and an estimated date of completion and generally request a 50% deposit to get started.

8.   MANUFACTURE

We commence manufacturing and invite you to visit the workshop during the build process to confirm design details and check on progress of your design.

9.    DELIVERY

We will deliver, ship or install as necessary, when the piece is ready to go.
